Sandtex Trade scaled new heights to revamp 20 Farringdon Road into a contemporary workplace in the heart of the city as part of a stylish refurbishment project.

A product solution package from Sandtex Trade was used to create the on-trend black finish.

Sandtex Trade Rust Inhibiting Primer Undercoat, an adhesion promoting formulation was used to stabilise the deteriorated areas of the metal work. Sandtex Trade Flexible Primer Undercoat was then applied to the rest of the building, due to its ability to flex with the substrate and alleviate flaking and cracking.

The project was then completed with Sandtex Trade Eggshell X-tra, which features a smooth and extra durable formulation offering long-term protection, with added inhibitors to reduce the impact of UV damage.
